Boeing and N.D.I visit H.A.C.

Mary Goetz, the then Director of Industrial Participation for Boeing UK, led a team of senior executives on a visit to the region in May 2007. At a meeting at the NDI offices in Newcastle, Mary described the qualities that Boeing looks for in the SME supply chain. The Boeing team then held one-to-one meetings with a number of NDI companies, exploring in greater depth their capabilities and where they could best fit in with Boeing's future plans.

The Boeing visit concluded with a number of site visits to NDI companies in the North East and Yorkshire including Hardy Advanced Composites' facility in Alnwick.
